Unlike most private investor funded lenders, UK Bridging Loans does not manage the whole of the investors funds on a long term basis but instead acts as a broker between the borrower and investor on individual investments. We believe this gives added security, flexibility and transparency for our investors.
The investor has the option to either fund the loan directly themselves and enter their own or company name on the security property deeds at Land Registry or the investor funds UK Bridging Loans who will in-turn fund the deal.
